Event at West Egg, Inc. will not sell, trade or rent your personal
information to a third party.
Visitors to the Event at West Egg website do so anonymously.
We will not be collecting information except as described in this
policy.
To make a purchase, you will need to supply your name, address,
phone number, email, credit card number and a billing address
to our third-party order processor. This information will be collected
by Event at West Egg, Inc. to manage orders placed on our online
store.
All orders are processed by PayPal on its secure server; therefore,
customer information is subject to all PayPal's policies governing
orders placed through its services. We recommend that you read
PayPal's policies before providing any information to it. Event
at West Egg, Inc. does not control or manage the PayPal server.
Event at West Egg, Inc. specifically disclaims any representation
or warranty regarding the use and security of the PayPal server
and information provided to PayPal.
If you choose to enter your e-mail address on our site to receive
promotional information in the form of newsletters, special promotions
and sale notifications, we will not sell, trade or rent your personal
information to a third party. The information you provide will
be used only by us for providing the information to you and for
our internal use. If and when a customer chooses to no longer
receive promotional information by e-mail we will make every reasonable
effort possible to remove your e-mail from our broadcasting service.
If you have made a purchase from Event at West Egg, Inc. we will
retain the information you provide for business purposes. If we
need to contact you about an order, we will do so with the e-mail
you have provided.
Special Gift Certificates
If you are redeeming your 'special' Event at West Egg gift certificate
please accept our apologies but our supplier can no longer
offer this purse in silver. We can ship in white or ivory. We
are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
Gift certificates given away on February 6, 2006 expire August
6, 2006.
The certificate is redeemable for one 'Daisy' purse item # 10100
in white or ivory. Custom colors are not redeemable with this
certificate.
All redemptions are final.
Shipping is limited to continental 'USA domestic'
ground service only. This offer does not include shipping to Hawaii,
Alaska or any other US territory. A signature is required upon
delivery.
Event at West Egg reserves the right to substitute a handbag of equal or greater value if needed.
This offer is intended for personal use by the redeemer and not for resale.

All of our products are subject to availability.
All Event at West Egg, Inc. prices are subject to change without

Each purse is made individually for you. Please allow for very
small variances to occur. Rest assured that your purse will not
materially deviate from the overall look of our photographs.
No product will ship unless it meets our high quality assurance
standards.
Definition of in stock colors
All products are available in specific 'in stock colors'.
These colors are prominently written within each item's
description and on the color selector button next to the purchase
now button. You're desired 'in stock color'
will also appear on the PayPal ordering page. This page gives
customers the flexibility to edit a selection to another 'in
stock color' for an item.
We strongly encourage that customers order a swatch of an 'in
stock color' to determine if the listed color for that item
will match your intended garment. Colors may appear different
when displayed on your computer screen as compared with actual
color swatches, so we cannot warrant that the color that appears
on your computer is the exact color of the fabric.
Most of our products are made with solid colored fabric. Occasionally
a product will be made using patterned fabric. Due to availability
we may not be able to make a patterned 'in stock color'
available as a swatch.
'In stock color' items are returnable. Please read
our return policies.
Definition of 'match my dress' custom colors
Any color not listed as an 'in stock color' for an
item is a 'custom color.' Custom colors are subject
to availability.
Ex: If an item's 'in stock colors' are listed
as available in white, ivory or silver and your desire a particular
shade of blue, your desired shade of blue will be treated as a
'custom color' item.
All custom colors are available in our swatch service. We strongly
encourage that customers order a swatch of your desired color
before you commit to a 'custom color' purchase.
All 'custom color' orders are final and NON-RETURNABLE.
Custom Color Swatch Service
All swatches are $ 1 per color this includes shipping charges.
Brides get a break and may order three colors: White, Ivory and
Silver for $2.
Swatch orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
All swatch orders are final.
A customer may order as many swatches as desired. Swatch orders
are not considered toward final purchases.
Ordering
All of our prices are listed in US dollars only. We can only
accept payments in U.S. dollars.
At this time Event at West Egg, Inc. only processes orders via
our online store. We cannot accept orders by phone or by personal
checks through the mail.
A customer must provide at the time of order to PayPal all pertinent
information necessary to process your order. This includes your
name, address, phone number, email and credit card numbers. Customers
must provide a physical address and not a P.O. box. UPS will not
ship to a P.O. box. For our privacy policy please read our above
statement.
Even though Event at West Egg, Inc. utilizes the services of
PayPal to process online orders a customer does not need to register
with PayPal to place an order. Joining the PayPal community is
entirely up to a customer's individual discretion.
Event at West Egg reserves the right to refuse orders for customers
that cannot provide a confirmed address. A confirmed address is
when your billing address matches your shipping address. At this
time we cannot ship orders such as gift items to a second unconfirmed
address. If your purchase is intended as a gift we will ship the
gift item to your confirmed address.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit
cards.
All orders are confirmed by email. PayPal will send you a confirmation
e-mail for using its services. Event at West Egg will send you
confirmation e-mail as a courtesy and to follow up that your order
is what you intended, expected shipping date, your UPS tracking
number and a link to follow you order.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, you must do
so within three business days or until the order is shipped, whichever
time comes first. See our statement on Cancellations below.
Taxes
For Illinois residents we will apply appropriate taxes as required
by law. The amount of your tax will be determined during the ordering
process. Those who live outside Illinois will not be charged Illinois
sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their
state.
Rush Ordering and Rush Shipping
At this time we cannot offer rush ordering or rush shipping.
Cancellations
Items that have already shipped cannot under any circumstances
be canceled.
If your item has not shipped you have three business days to cancel
after receiving our confirmation e-mail. The cancellation must
be in writing and sent to our e-mail.
Event at West Egg, Inc. is committed to processing and shipping
your order as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable
effort to cancel your order if that is what you desire. If your
order has already shipped we cannot be held responsible for being
unable to cancel a shipped order.
If your order has already shipped and you desire to cancel, you
will need to follow our return policy procedures.
Shipping
Currently Event at West Egg, Inc. can only ship orders within
the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
All of our products are shipped UPS. Customers must provide a
physical address for delivery. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
In stock items generally are shipped the next business day.
If your item is delayed, we will send you an e-mail with the
expected ship date.
Shipping costs are calculated during the on-line order process.
All undeliverable or refused shipment items will be charged original
shipping fees and a 10% handling fee. These charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Damaged Merchandise
If your item arrives damaged please send us an email
immediately.
Returns
All 'in stock colored items' are returnable within
14 business days of receiving your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All 'in stock colored items' after 14 business days
of receiving your order are final and NON-RETURNABLE.
If you need to return your item please e-mail us. We cannot accept
return requests by phone. All return requests must be by e-mail
so that you can receive further instructions and a return authorization
number (RA). Return requests received by any other method will
not be honored.
Returned items must be in a saleable condition, returned in the
original packaging with original sales slip or no refund will
be issued. Event At West Egg, Inc. reserves the right not to issue
a refund for items that have been used, soiled or damaged by the
customer in any way.
If a customer returns an item after the 14 business day window
without a RA number and or Event At West Egg suspects an item
has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to the customer
at the customer's expense.
'Custom color items' sales are final at the point
of sale. We strongly encourage our customers to order a swatch
of the desired color(s) to ensure that your selection matches
your intended garment.
Sales
All sale item purchases are final.
All sales are presumed to have been made in Illinois where Event
at West Egg, Inc is located.
By purchasing from Event at West Egg, Inc. you agree that any
disputes arising as a result of the transaction will be governed
by the laws of the State of Illinois without reference to the
conflicts of laws provisions. You agree that if any legal action
is taken that you agree to venue and jurisdiction in the courts
of Cook County, Illinois. You agree that if we are required to
file an action to recover funds for unpaid merchandise that you
will pay all of our costs including but not limited to attorneys'
fees.
You agree that any claim of damages by you is strictly limited
to the amount of the purchase price of the merchandise that you
paid to us. You further agree that under no circumstance will
Event at West Egg, Inc. be liable for any other damages to you.
You agree that any claim or action by you must be brought in Cook
County, Illinois, within 120 days of your receipt of the merchandise
upon which the claim is made.
The items sold by Event at West Egg, Inc are for personal use
and not for commercial resale. Event at West Egg, Inc. HEREBY
DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY ON ITS PRODUCTS FOR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR FOR MERCHANTABILITY.
